11 and counting…
We’re proud to announce the launch of our 11th venue in the UK – and this one marks an exciting milestone for PDL Padel United UK. In partnership with the beautiful New Place Hotel, we’ll be opening our first-ever Pop-Up Padel Venue in Southampton, set to welcome players from June 2025.
This new site reflects everything we stand for at PDL: growing the sport, building community, and making padel genuinely accessible to all.
A Landmark Partnership
New Place Hotel is a stunning setting that offers the perfect backdrop for our next padel chapter. Set among serene grounds just outside Southampton, the venue will not only provide excellent facilities for the game, but also a full hotel experience for players who want to relax and recharge after their matches. Ideally located for Southampton, Portsmouth, Winchester & Fareham it is set in a charming countryside setting with superb facilities making New Place Hotel perfect for an escape and a game of Padel.
What to Expect
Our pop-up venue is far from temporary in quality. We’ll be installing:
- Two premium pop-up padel courts
- Full lighting, enabling play well into the evening
- A carpeted floor surface – offering a much better playing experience than standard temporary flooring
And of course, players will be welcome to use the hotel’s facilities, making this a standout option for both local players and weekend visitors.
Padel for the People
At PDL Padel United UK, we’ve always believed in one simple principle: padel should be for everyone.
That means making it:
- Affordable
- Inclusive
- Easy to access, no matter your experience level
Every venue we open is designed with this ethos in mind. We’re building a growing national network of padel courts where the focus is on fun, community, and opportunity. Our partnership with New Place Hotel lets us continue this mission in new and creative ways.
Coming June 2025
We can’t wait to bring padel to New Place Hotel and expand our community in the South of England. This pop-up venue is a sign of things to come – innovative, high-quality spaces that break down the barriers to playing this incredible sport.
More details, booking info, and opening updates will be shared soon.
Let’s grow the game, together.
