At PDL Padel United Colchester, we’re excited to offer a convenient and accessible venue for all padel enthusiasts. With a range of facilities, clubhouse, equipment hire, and membership options, the gate-access venue makes it easy to come and play when it suits you, and you can stop off for a refreshment before and after your match! Here’s everything you need to know about enjoying padel at our Colchester location.
Opening Hours
The Colchester club is open throughout the week for players of all levels:
- Monday – Friday: 9:30 – 21:00
- Weekends: 9:30 – 19:00
Please note that this venue is unstaffed and requires gate access for entry.
Court Pricing
We offer special rates for members and non-members, with both off-peak and peak hours available. Please remember that all peak sessions are bookable for 90 minutes, while other times can be booked for either 60 or 90 minutes.
For Members:
- Off Peak: £4.50 per player per hour, £18 per court
- Peak: £6 per player per hour, £24 per court
- Weekends: £5 per player per hour, £20 per court
For Non-Members:
- Off Peak: £5.50 per player per hour, £22 per court
- Peak: £7.50 per player per hour, £30 per court
- Weekends: £6 per player per hour, £24 per court
Equipment Hire
Rackets and balls are available and can be found in the grey equipment box by the benches at the venue. Racket hire at £1.50 per racket and free secondhand balls can be used or you can purchase a new tube of balls for £7.50 per tube.
After playing, please return the equipment to the box to ensure it’s ready for the next players.
While we strive to keep equipment stocked and available, we can’t always guarantee all items will be in place.
Parking
Free parking is conveniently located right next to the courts on Eudo Road, making it easy to arrive and jump straight into the game.
Coaching and Club Sessions
At Colchester, we offer both group training and private coaching sessions to help players of all skill levels. Group sessions and mix-ins can be found through the ‘Classes’ section on the Playtomic app. For private coaching, please contact us for more details, and we’ll connect you with one of our experienced coaches.
Membership Options
PDL Padel United Colchester welcomes everyone, but members enjoy special pricing on court bookings. Our membership is available for:
- Adult Annual Membership: £100 per year
