We would like to thank you for the project ideas you have sent in. We are currently in contact, or in negotiation, with public and private landowners and managers all across the UK and the projects are looking very exciting.
You can see why many local authorities and charitable sports and land trusts have expressed an interest. A new premium sports facility for your community, fully funded, long term revenue generation and local jobs provided. Add to this the fact that these are the most advanced padel facilities in the UK by some distance and we have a win win situation. especially for the players!
We would still love to hear about any potential locations you may know. Remember, this is what we are seeking:
A space of 2500-9500 sqm. A minimum of 8 meters as height requirement. Cities with +200 000 inhabitants is our main target. As close to the city centre as possible. We would love to hear from people in LONDON, MANCHESTER, BRISTOL, BRIGHTON, NORTHAMPTON, PRESTON, CARDIFF, LEEDS & BIRMINGHAM. Our preference is to invest heavily and build 10 court+ indoor venues.
What we can do:
- We lease the industrial logistic space and transform it into an amazing padel arena with a lounge area, dinner areas, gym, kids area and, of course, world class padel courts.
- We build the courts in collaboration with a Spanish based company with more than 40 years of experience within the padel industry.
- We run the clubs and educate staff, padel coaches and management
- We raise awareness and create ”buzz” around padel in collaboration with sport profiles and other influencers.
- We offer training programs, leagues and other types of tournaments.
- WE WILL BE SEEKING STAFF, – MANAGEMENT, COACHING, CATERING AND ADMIN – FOR OUR CENTRES AND HAVE AN EXCEPTIONAL TRAINING PROGRAMME.
