Padel United UK is on a mission: to make padel accessible to more communities across the country — and now, we’re focusing on Norfolk and Suffolk.
This region is already showing signs of strong interest in the sport, and we believe it’s the perfect place for the next wave of padel expansion.
🎾 Why Padel? Why Now?
Padel is the UK’s fastest-growing sport, and one of the most popular across Europe. It combines the best elements of tennis and squash, but it’s easier to pick up, incredibly social, and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re 8 or 80, padel delivers:
- Fast-paced rallies
- Doubles-only format is usual.
- Simple rules
- Big fun from the first hit
It’s more than just a sport – it’s a movement. And we want Norfolk and Suffolk to be part of it.
📍 We’re Looking for Locations Across Norfolk & Suffolk
Our goal is to bring padel to every corner of the UK — and that means partnering with landowners, councils, leisure providers, and local communities to identify potential sites where courts can be built or installed.
We’re actively looking for underused or adaptable spaces in and around:
- Norwich
- Ipswich
- Lowestoft
- Great Yarmouth
- Thetford
- King’s Lynn
- Bury St Edmunds
- Smaller towns and villages across both counties
🏗️ What Kind of Space Works?
We can bring padel to a surprising range of spaces, from traditional sports venues to more unconventional urban environments. If you know of — or own — one of the following, we want to hear from you:
✅ Disused or underused tennis/netball courts
✅ Leisure centres with room for outdoor courts
✅ Old MUGAs (Multi-Use Games Areas)
✅ Underused car parks
✅ School or university sports facilities
✅ Pubs, hotels, parks, and community hubs
🚀 Join the Padel Revolution
We’re already delivering affordable padel across the UK, with a growing network of courts at:
- Leisure centres
- Schools and colleges
- Private clubs
- Public parks
- Holiday resorts
- Repurposed car parks and rooftops
Our sites are vibrant social spaces, bringing together friends, families, and local communities. Norfolk and Suffolk are ready for that same energy — and we’re ready to bring it.
📢 Know a Spot? Let’s Talk
If you know of a site — or own land — in Norfolk or Suffolk that could host a padel court, please get in touch. Whether it’s in Norwich, Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, or a coastal town like Cromer or Southwold, we’d love to explore it.
This is your chance to help bring an exciting, community-building sport to your area.
