PDL Padel United is actively seeking new outdoor locations to expand our growing network of high-quality padel facilities.
Our primary focus areas are Norfolk, Suffolk (East Anglia), London, and the surrounding regions. We are particularly interested in high-visibility, accessible sites within these areas where there is strong community engagement and clear demand for recreational sport.
As one of the fastest-growing sports globally, padel continues to see exceptional demand from players of all ages and abilities. Participation growth across the UK is accelerating, and supply in many areas still lags behind demand. PDL Padel United specialises in developing vibrant, community-focused outdoor padel venues that are commercially sustainable and professionally managed.
We are now looking to collaborate with landowners, sports clubs and commercial partners who recognise the long-term opportunity that padel presents.
We Are Looking For…
We are seeking outdoor spaces suitable for 2–6 padel courts, typically requiring approximately 800–2,500 sqm depending on layout and site configuration.
Ideal opportunities include:
