We are opening applications of interest for the new role of ‘Regional Manager’
The role is to oversee all operations for existing and our rapidly expanding venues in Q1 2023.
We are looking for a hardworking and driven individual who can oversee and maximise the operations of our venues.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Head of Expansion & the UK board to further develop the rollout of Padel facilities.
You will need:
- To be based or relocate to London/Southeast
- A full driving license
- Have experience in operations
- Have some experience and understanding of Padel
- Be ready to lead a team of facility managers and coaches
Training
The successful applicant will be sent to Stockholm for 6 weeks of training with the current facility managers.
Salary
A competitive salary will be offered based on experience with a bonus scheme for hitting targets.
