How can I play for the first time?
We have some great ways for you to get involved in padel as a beginner and we would love to see you on court at any of our very welcoming venues.
They vary for each venue so please see the specific club pages for more information.
How can we access the courts at your unstaffed venues?
At all of our gate entry venues you will receive a four digit code when you book, this can be found on your booking or on the booking confirmation.
If for some reason you cannot find it please get in touch with the club contact who can help you.
Can we hire equipment at the venues?
Yes, all our venues offer equipment hire.
Take a look at the specific clubs page which will tell you where to locate the equipment.

Do I have to be a member to play at your venues?
At all of our venues we want to make padel available to everyone, so for sure you can come and play at the venues as a non-member!
There are lots of advantages for members however. Each venue does have a separate membership scheme and once you sign up you will receive reduced court fees every time you play and other discounts too!

Can I book a court for two players?
As padel is a doubles sport all court bookings (unless stated as a singles court) are for four players, two players can come and use a court however the full court fee must be paid.
If you would like to find more players to play with please get in touch with the clubs managing contact and they will be happy to help find more players to fill your game!
What is the cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy and you will receive a full refund directly on your booking from your Playtomic account.
If you have to cancel due to bad weather at un-covered venues please get in touch with the club and we will happily rearrange your match free of charge.
Can we still play in the rain?
Yes, you can still play when it is raining at all of our venues, just make sure you have the correct footwear. The courts will only become unplayable in the event they become waterlogged during heavy rain and puddles start to form.
If you would like to cancel due to the weather just get in touch with the club contact and they can help rearrange your booking free of charge.
Do the venues have parking?
Mostly, yes! To find out all the parking information for the venues please see the specific club page.
Park sensibly and be aware that PDL Padel United claim no responsibility for and PCNs received from the venue car parks and surrounding areas. It is the players responsibility to make sure they adhere to the parking regulations as sign posted at the club and stated on the booking confirmations.
How can I meet other players and stay up to date with the club?
For each club we have a Whatsapp group where all the information regarding what’s going on at the club is posted and players can use it to organize matches.
If you would like to be added just get in touch with the relevant club contact and they can add you in!
