What Is the PDLU Loyalty Programme?
The PDLU Loyalty Program is a completely free rewards system built for padel players across the PDLU – Padel United network. Every minute you spend on court earns you points. The more you play, the higher your tier, the better your benefits and the more rewards you unlock.
No subscriptions, no hidden fees, just play padel and get rewarded for it.
How to Join the PDL Loyalty Program
Getting started is simple. Download the PDL United app from the App Store or Google Play and sign up in minutes. Once you’re registered, every booking at a PDL venue automatically counts towards your points and tier. Here’s a few of the most FAQ.
Why Can’t I See My Matches in the App
If your matches are missing, it’s usually because your Playtomic account was created using a social login such as Apple, Google or Facebook. To sync everything correctly, your Playtomic account needs to be linked to the email you use for the PDL app.
Simply email appsupport@pdlu.com with the email linked to your Playtomic account and the email you want to use for the loyalty app, and the team will connect them for you.
Loyalty Tiers Explained
Your tier is based on how many minutes you’ve played on PDL courts in the last 90 days.
- Silver Member: Less than 180 minutes played
- Gold Member: More than 180 minutes and less than 630 minutes
- Diamond Member: More than 630 minutes
Your current tier appears instantly when you open the app.
Tier Benefits That Make Padel Even More Affordable!
- Silver members receive standard loyalty benefits.
- Gold members receive 10 percent off during off-peak hours and can book courts up to 24 days in advance.
- Diamond members receive 15 percent off during off-peak hours and can book courts up to 30 days in advance.
The more you play, the earlier you can book and the more you save.
Can My Tier Change?
Yes. Your tier is calculated over a rolling 90 day period. If you play less during that time, your tier may drop. If you increase your playing time, you’ll climb back up. Redeeming points never affects your tier level.
How to Earn Loyalty Points
You earn points for every minute you play on a PDL court. You can also earn extra points by joining tournaments and leaving reviews. Points usually appear instantly or within a few hours after your session.
You can always see your current points and tier on the app home screen.
Do Points Expire?
Yes. Some points may expire over time, and the app will notify you if any are close to expiring.
What Happens If I Cancel a Booking?
If you cancel your court, the reserved points are not awarded.
Can I Transfer My Points?
No. Points are personal and cannot be transferred between accounts.
How to Redeem Your Rewards
Open the PDL United app and browse the available rewards. Choose your reward and redeem using your points. You can either use it instantly at the centre or receive a QR code by email to use later. Show the QR code to the bar manager and your reward will be activated.
Rewards include drinks, snacks, PDL merchandise and other exclusive offers available inside the app.
