Padel Is Booming In The UK & Across The World

The growth of Padel across the UK is really hotting up and plenty of new operators trying to expand the sport all across the UK.

We are very proud to say that many years ago, we were one of the initial few that foresaw the dramatic growth in popularity of the game in the UK, and it’s always been an aspiration of ours to bring the sport we love to new regions in the UK. We aim to create thriving, friendly, and fun padel communities just as we have done in Essex and the Southeast.

Padel Comes To The West Country

To open the first courts in Devon is a huge privilege for us and something we are committed to making successful. Like in any venture, having the right location and partner is vital to achieving our goals. We have found both with Marjon University. Plymouth is the largest city in Devon and we see this as the perfect place to launch the first major facility in the area – we can’t wait to show the community of Plymouth and beyond this excellent sport! Come and try it if you have never played before. You will find it easy to learn the basics and you will soon be having a fun and competitive game. There is a very good reason why padel is one of the fastest growing sports in the world! It’s a game anyone can enjoy – and PDL Padel United welcomes all-comers to the facilities.

We will be bringing coaching, mix-ins, events and much more to Plymouth and the surrounding areas – so watch this space for more information! And sign up for our newsletter and bookmark our page to keep up with the exciting developments coming to Devon and to the UK padel scene soon…
